Cazoo focuses on Health and Safety of Colleagues and Customers through agreement with Notify Technology
Cazoo, branded as ‘the better way to buy and sell your car online’, has implemented a new platform provided by Notify Technology. This move demonstrates the priority given to the health and safety of colleagues and customers by Cazoo.
Notify Technology, the fast-growth provider of digital workplace safety, wellbeing, environmental and governance compliance services, has implemented Incident Management and Action Tracking across Cazoo’s UK organisation, with incident types configured specifically to Cazoo’s needs, enabling them to collect the correct level of data at an incident level and manage any events speedily and accurately.
Being customised specifically for Cazoo the platform enables Single Sign-On (SSO) for users through the secure user authentication provided through OKTA, but critically centres on speed, accuracy and ease of use, minimising training needs, but optimising incident management and a proactive approach to safety.
