Onedox welcomes CMA energy recommendations and stands ready to help consumers switch suppliers
Onedox (www.onedox.com), the free online platform to help consumers find their cheapest energy supplier and switch more easily, welcomes the Competition and Markets Authority recommendations in their report released this morning.
One of the key themes in the watchdog's report looks at how millions of consumers on standard variable deals can save up to £300 a year by switching their energy suppliers. The challenge for consumers, however, is how to easily work out which the cheapest supplier actually is for them. Onedox does exactly that on behalf of consumers, and is standing ready to help households put the CMA's recommendation into actions.
Commercial Director David Sheridan said “We’ve designed Onedox to make it easy for people to access and manage their household account information. Today's report emphasises that many consumers are paying way too much for their energy and highlights the savings that can come from consumers having transparency on their bills. That's where Onedox comes in. Our free and easy to use platform lets home owners know who they should switch to and when, in order to get the best deal, and we look forward to playing our part in converting the CMA recommendations into pounds in the pockets of energy consumers.'
