Wouldn’t it be nice if your household bills filed themselves? Now they can.
In a bid to help de-clutter sideboards, living room tables and window sills up and down the UK of paperwork that people “must get round to filing”, free productivity service Onedox (www.onedox.com) has today launched a solution that means your household bills can automatically file themselves in your Dropbox or Google Drive account.
Tired of struggling to keep track of what household services they were paying for and the associated paperwork, the founders of Onedox decided to create a service that provides a free, centralised view of household accounts and key information, without requiring the customer needing to keep it up to date. It also automatically alerts customers when important dates, like contract renewals, are approaching and provides assistance to move to better value deals.
Today’s new feature release allows people to get their household bills automatically delivered to their favoured cloud storage provider, in addition to being available in their Onedox account. The free Onedox service launched in late 2015 and is proving popular with people who want to get greater clarity on their household bills and spend less time managing them. The service supports all major providers across gas, electricity, Internet, TV, landline and mobile accounts.
Commercial Director David Sheridan said “We’ve designed Onedox to make it easier for people to access and manage their household account information. Adding support for Dropbox and Google Drive is another way we can help people get a better understanding of their household bills without the need to spend lots of time filing paperwork or logging in to multiple online accounts to download statements.”
