Beat The Boredom With Our Amazing Animal World’s Online Animal Club!
Join the team at Our Amazing Animal World as they bring their animal sanctuary to life through a series of live online sessions, helping children (and parents!) get through the lockdown.
What’s In Store?
Join Mark & Jerry as they introduce over 100 different rescue animals from their sanctuary to audiences around the world via an online kids club, filled with educational and fun activities for children that the whole family can enjoy together.
Each week, access 4 live streaming sessions where you will get to meet the animals, learn about their indigenous habitat, diet and predators. Viewers get behind the scenes access and daily updates from “life in the sanctuary”, giving them unique insight into what it’s like living with and caring for over 100 rescue animals. Children also have the opportunity to interact directly with the handlers Jerry & Mark to ask as many questions as they like.
Every live streaming session is accompanied with fun, educational worksheets for children to complete and compile their very own Animal Club Book
With over 2 hours a week of activities, the Animal Club by Our Amazing Animal World will keep your children entertained and learning every week.

About The Team:
Our Amazing Animal World is run by Mark & Jerry who are passionate about the environment and the animals who share our planet with us. They have been rescuing animals for 8years, regularly running children’s parties, care home visits and anti-bullying campaigns at local schools featuring some of their animals.
Jerry is a qualified teacher and was awarded ‘outstanding’ from Ofsted for his work in Special Needs Education. Jerry now uses his many years of teaching experience to work with schools, undertaking curriculum-based class workshops from pre-school through to secondary education.
Mark is the Dr Doolittle of the duo and has had a passion for animals all his life. If an animal is sick or unwanted, it is usually Mark who takes them under his wing, working with them to nurture them back to health, using his qualifications in Exotic Animal Care to give every animal a stable, safe and enriched life.
Both Jerry and Mark are fully DBS checked and their sanctuary has the highest ranking 'Animal Activities Licence' from West Sussex which ensures the highest levels of health & safety with rigourous inspections of the animals, enclosures, policies, insurances, risk assessments and procedures.
A Few of the Sanctuary Stars
Mika The Meerkat
Mika is one of the Meerkats living in the sanctuary. Full of character, she is unfortunately missing her tail after her mum bit it off when Mika was born. She came to live with the team at 8 weeks old and is very cute but incredibly cheeky!
Doreen The Bosc Monitor
Doreen the Bosc Monitor lizard was removed from someone’s care after they made her share a vivarium with a snake. Doreen had fought for her life every day, so was understandably constantly on the attack and defense. It has taken a long time, but she now trusts Mark and Jerry to handle her and even cuddles in for affection too.
Oscar The Skunk
Mark and Jerry were contacted by Oscar’s previous owner who could no longer cope with him. In his new forever home, Oscar has been so affectionate and loving, never once showing even the slightest sign of aggression.
Tiki The Cockatoo
Probably the hardest rescue the team have taken on is Tiki. He was moved around a lot over the years due to aggressive behaviour. His mood swings can be violent when he feels threatened or nervous and is not one of the rescue animals to ever go to a party, but he has a strong bond with Mark and he improves all the time with lots of love and care.
