Fintech Paymentology goes live with fastest certification for Hong Kong’s 3,000 ATMs

Leading paytech, cloud based payment processor Paymentology, has achieved certification in record time from Jetco, the consortium of thirty leading banks in Hong Kong and Macau, which owns the 3,000 ATMs across the region, to support the launch of a new digital bank in Hong Kong.

UK based Paymentology is the leading cloud based issuer side payment processor, providing a dedicated processing platform to digital banks globally. Within just weeks from starting the process, the Paymentology Banking.Live platform has been certified by Jetco enabling recently launched Standard Chartered owned digital bank, Mox Bank to commence operations in the region.

Jetco (Joint Electronic Teller Services Limited was launched in Hong Kong in 1982 with five founding banks, and in addition to the extensive ATM network now provides other value-added services, including payment gateway services for e-Commerce and mobile payment solutions, to help member banks provide innovative and high-quality services to their customers.
