New Management Consultancy Promises More For Less

A new management consultancy, which aims to disrupt the sector, launches this week with a promise to achieve more for less cost.

Pimento Partners has been formed by three senior business consultants with a reputation for delivering high value change programmes across multiple sectors.

The consultancy makes a virtue out of having no fixed overheads and no junior staff hence reducing costs whilst providing a top-quality service.

Joint Founder Stephen Knight said: “The emphasis at Pimento Partners is to provide more than just advice. We have a healthy balance of big thinkers and skilled practitioners who deliver the goods. This means that when the planning is done and dusted, we deliver the actions needed to make it happen.”

Stephen, a former European Brand and Marketing Director at Disney, is joined on the leadership team by Brett Norton and Andy Poulter who have both run successful consultancy businesses.

Andy Poulter added: “Hiring a management consultant is a hit and miss business. Most of them are good at devising strategies for success but few can see it through to make change happen. It’s like going to a doctor, only to be told you are ill.”

The new business starts with a team of 10 offering skills in business strategy and planning, revenue management, insight, change management, revenue management, marketing, technology and HR with a supporting network of more than 200 consultants and agencies.

About the leadership team

Stephen Knight has worked for Fortune Top 500 and FTSE Top 100 companies including The Walt Disney Company and SSE PLC. A former advertising agency executive, Stephen founded the World’s first virtual full-service marketing agency Pimento in 2005 which now has a global network of nearly 200 consultants and agencies. He has served on various boards and holds several NED positions.

Andy Poulter has been delivering transformational change programmes for global blue-chip companies for over 15 years. His expertise spans strategy development, strategic planning, programme and change management; skills developed in various retail, hospitality, travel, automotive and utility businesses. He has successfully designed, mobilised and delivered complex change programmes in many global markets.

Brett Norton has 20 years of experience in commercial strategy and marketing both client and agency side. A true Commercial Management professional – Brett has successfully implemented commercial strategies and concepts into all areas of the Hospitality, Leisure and Travel Sectors.
