Six Natural Ways To Cultivate Healthy Breasts

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide and is particularly increasing in the Western countries, with nearly 1.7 million new cases diagnosed since 2012. (Source: http://www.wcrf.org/ )

We are bombarded with new statistics of women dying, newly researched Cancer treatments, inspiration for women to get themselves tested, early detection programmes, mammograms, etc.

For me as a diligent student of the universal laws of attraction, talking about cancer awareness never feels right! I prefer to focus on Breast Health Awareness i.e. how to heal, understand and nurture our breast health and I will be the first one joining the propaganda.

So here I am giving my small contribution to foster breast love. Yes sister! It is time for us to start loving our lady lumps.

Our breasts are incredibly important in embracing and cultivating our feminine essence. Many of us have been conditioned to judge them on their shape and size. It’s like – the bigger the better. And then we end up building up resentment, shame and other negative feelings towards our breasts. Many of us women perceive our breasts as just tools to arouse men or to feed babies.

But, our breasts are a wonderful gateway to our heart. As we deepen our relationship with our breasts, we also deepen our capacity for being loving and compassionate besides experiencing orgasmic pleasure.

So sister, here are my six tips take your relationships with your breasts to the next level and cultivate healthy breasts.

Healthy Tip # 1 – Daily Massage

Funnily enough we are more used to someone else like our children or lover touching them than ourselves.

However, every time we touch, stroke or massage our breasts, it releases oxytocin hormones which helps us feel relaxed, reduces our menstrual cramps, boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure, etc.

You can do this simply for 2 minutes a day in the shower or before you go to bed in the evening.

Massage by gently holding, cupping and rubbing some coconut oil in clockwise and anticlockwise. You can then vibrate your breasts gently up and down to increase the flow of blood.

Healthy Tip # 2 – Homemade Breast Masks

This is a great way to enhance firmness and growth of tissues in your lady lumps.

I like to use a mixture of egg, yoghurt, honey and Vitamin E oil and leave it on my breasts for 25 mins. You can use this mixture as often as you wish.

Healthy Tip # 3 – Throw Away Those Underwire Bras

Underwired bras block the circulation of blood and lymph fluid around the breasts which leads to an accumulation of toxic chemicals.

You can find research online showing how unhealthy those underwires bras are and I am sure I don’t need to convince you because you know that feeling of relief the moment you get out of your bra.

Fortunately, there are plenty of alternatives available in the market.

Healthy Tip # 4 – Clean Your Liver

In the ancient teachings of the Tao, the liver plays an important role in breast health.

The liver’s important task is to move chi also known as the life-force energy and blood within the body.

So, drink lots of water and eat healthy foods like lots of greens, green tea, garlic, onion and turmeric - basically a low fat high fibre diet in order to keep your liver healthy which in turn will send the positive chi for your breast health.

Healthy Tip # 5 – Avoid Electro Magnetic Fields

Sleeping with your phone or any other electronic device close to you, is a big no-no.

All electronics radiate electromagnetic energy and they cause electrical currents inside the body which leads to a heating of body tissues.

I personally get a lot of static energy in my body, so I use Himalayan Salt Lamps in my living environment to cut down on the effects of these electromagnetic fields.

Healthy Tip # 6 – Practice Forgiveness

According to the Tantric traditions, your breasts are the extension of your heart centre. Your emotions of anger and resentment towards people and situations get accumulated in and around our breasts which sends negative energy to our breasts. Our emotions play a huge role in our illnesses.

Practicing forgiveness every day, including self-forgiveness can be a deeply healing act for your heart chakra and your breasts.
