“Menopause Matters” - Professional help and advice club launched by Menopause Help

menopausehelp.org an online members club, created to give menopausal women a cost effective and convenient way to help them through their menopause journey and beyond has been launched as part of Menopause Awareness month.

‘Menopause Help is designed to overcome the problem of not knowing where to go for help and answers in an affordable (£4.99/month) way,’ explains founder and published author of ‘Menopause Matters’ , Shelley Chapman.

‘I was fed up of hearing how unheard, misunderstood and desperate women were feeling before, during and after the menopause and this was having a huge impact on their own physical and mental health, with a lot of them just withdrawing.

‘The impact that this was having on their family, who also had no idea what was happening just made it worse.”

‘So I decided to do something about it. These women were losing themselves, their family, some were getting divorced because their relationship had totally broken down and I’ve heard some ladies even considering worse because they feel so lost, alone, helpless and couldn’t see a way out!

‘For a lot of women (and partners), their life is turned upside down during the menopausal journey they go on. They don’t understand what’s happening or how/where to get the help to get their life back on track and start enjoying it again. That is why the Menopause Help Membership Club was born.’

Menopause Help is a private place where women can air their concerns and find help from a team of world class experts. It is all based online so members have a safe place to go for advice and help, without even having to leave the house.

‘The response from our members and experts has been better than we could have imagined” said Chapman, “knowing now that there’s a place to go to get results and start enjoying life again. This is because they know they’ll get a better understanding about what’s going on and somewhere to go for advice and help, in all different areas, all in one place.

‘We’ve brought the ‘help’ to them, all over Zoom/Skype and we’re giving them the lifeline they’ve been looking for. The response from our experts has also been mind-blowing to be frank and they couldn’t wait to be a part of this. We already have 15 experts across a range of areas from skincare to sleep and fitness to herbal medicine.’
