World renowned poet Gary Oliver has created an epic collection of poetry to raise awareness of the global climate crisis.

Woodun Indian’s published by Quhwah Publications is an exploration of the climate crisis through poetry and prose.

This special COP26 publication will be available worldwide from October 2021. A special acknowledgment is given to all the environmentalists who lost their lives during 2020/1 -murder-covid 19 and other causes. Gary said "They are all named individually, we owe them a great debt of gratitude. ”The book features a forward and epilogue -comments on the global crisis from Extinction Rebellion demanding, “We need to act now! We need to act together to get politicians to tell the truth” Global Witness state, “The defenders are the last line of defense against environmental breakdown.”

Author Biog
Gary Oliver 22 07 1966
Gary was born in North Staffordshire and spent much of his
formative years as a club MC and hip-hop rapper.
He has a Ma in Applied arts from the University of
Manchester and Ba in Theatre and performance from
Staffordshire University.
He began writing poetry and short stories to pay for the
magazine adverts of his coffeeshop. His first book Woodun
Indians sold out in six months and he recently celebrated the
launch of his book Dear Love Powa by serenading lovers on
Valentines Day. Gary Oliver is widely regarded as one of the
foremost and influential writer performance poets of his
generation. His new book SONNETS OF SOLACE- is a
profound collection of work, inspired by Shakespeare
published by Quhwah publications on world wide release.
