Claverdon Rugby Football Club invests in more coaching, training and facilities thanks to new sponsors
● Claverdon RFC, near Henley in Arden, Warwickshire, has attracted several new sponsors to enable it to grow, appoint a new Head Coach, provide more training, buy new equipment and host more games with other rugby clubs in Warwickshire: https://claverdonrfc.rfu.club/

Thanks to extra funding from several new sponsors, Claverdon RFC is growing and now able to provide more rugby training for the local community, host more tournaments against other clubs in Warwickshire, and appoint a new Head Coach.
The Club's newly appointed Head Coach, Lewis Clarke, commented: “We are all really grateful to our new sponsors. These extra funds make a massive difference to smaller Clubs like ourselves and help keep the Club going strong.”
Claverdon RFC plays an active role in the local community providing rugby training every weekend for around 300 children, from under six years old to under 19, plus three adult teams - a first, second and ‘veteran’- who all love competing in local tournaments.
The captain of the 1st team, Michael Jay, commented: “It’s really exciting being able to play rugby again and have everybody back together again. It’s also an exciting time for Claverdon RFC and this sponsorship is a big help in keeping it going.”
