Recordsure and TCC appoint industry-leader Adrian Fisk as a board advisor to support international expansion
UK based companies Recordsure and TCC have announced the appointment of Adrian Fisk as an advisor to their respective boards. Recordsure and TCC were both founded by Joanne Smith.
Recordsure is a RegTech analytics platform which specialises in turning customer conversations and documentation into valuable insights which drive performance, culture and optimised customer outcomes. The platform’s cutting-edge technology combines human-level intelligence with machine-powered capability to support compliance, customer care, risk management and sales at scale.

Adrian joins both companies following a prestigious career at KPMG in Australia, where he was a partner for 17 years and most recently led their Financial Services practice. As the leader of KPMG’s Remediation Centre in Sydney, Adrian partnered with Recordsure to deliver their industry-leading remediation solution offering him first-hand experience of Recordsure’s pioneering capabilities. Adrian retired from KPMG in November 2019 and will use his unique insights and expertise to support Recordsure and TCC in meeting their ambitious international growth plans.
