Small Business Saturday: Results Aimed Workouts are making fitness affordable
Results Aimed Workouts, a small Norfolk gym determined to make a big impact in the fitness industry, has stressed the importance of supporting local companies on Small Business Saturday. Taking place on December 1, Small Business Saturday is a non-commercial campaign encouraging consumers to shop locally.
Sam Ely, owner of Results Aimed Workouts, said: "Here at RAW, we're dedicated to helping individuals who love their body, appreciate their health and enjoy their lifestyle improve their fitness levels. We do this by designing a unique and tailored plan for every member to help them achieve their exercise goals.
"However, we also understand that not everyone can access the expertise of a professional coach, due to the high costs involved. To ensure that everyone has access to the level of service they need, we provide training to multiple clients at the same time, so each person can have their own personalised programme, delivered by their own coach, but in a social and small-group environment."
On Small Business Saturday, customers are encouraged to support all kinds of small business, from taxi firms and boutique shops to gyms, whether on the High Street, online or in an office. The campaign is held on the first Saturday in December every year, but the aim is to have a lasting impact on independent businesses. Many of the small businesses taking part host events and offer discounts, and Results Aimed Workouts are encouraging anybody who wants to get involved to visit their gym this Saturday.
Sam added: "Small Business Saturday is an inspiring campaign and we're delighted to be able to do our part and get involved. We encourage anyone who wants to join an affordable yet professional gym to visit us this weekend."
