Classic car TV personality Sarah Crabtree to launch classic car auction and community website

Classic car enthusiasts Sarah Crabtree and Joanne Lawrance have joined forces with Evoke Classics to launch an innovative classic car online auction and community website.

This new website will firmly place their fellow classic car lovers in the driver’s seat by providing them with a platform to:

- buy and sell vehicles

- move on their boxes of auto-jumble

- chat to other classic car fanatics

- share their valuable knowledge of vintage vehicles, and

- keep up to date with classic car news and what Sarah’s up to next

The website launches in October 2021 and, in the meantime, anyone interested in joining, contributing or keeping up to date with this turbo-powered twosome can sign up to the pre-launch newsletter at https://evoke-classics.com/sarahcrabtree

Sarah explains: “I feel really honoured to be the face of Evoke Classics and behind the scenes we’ve been busy creating an exciting new classic car community website.”

Joanne says: “I’m excited to bring to market a new classics website. We’re not just building an online auction site, we’re creating a community where you can chat to other enthusiasts, swap stories and show off your beautiful vehicles. We’ll also be promoting Not for Profit organisations within the UK that are keeping skills alive and these classic vehicles on the road for us all to enjoy.”

Sarah adds that Evoke Classics will be unusual insofar as it’s mostly female led. “Joanne and I bring a wealth of experience, most recently from the classic car auction world and will be fronting the auction platform and website – it will be us who will be going out to meet, greet and see all the people from this classic car community in what is predominantly a male environment.”

“We will be keeping our members up to date with news from the world of classics, what events we are going to be at, as well as UK auction news.”

Chris Oliver, managing director of Evoke Classics and Chamber of Commerce 2019 lifetime achievement award winner, says: “When the opportunity came up to work with Sarah on this exciting classic car auction and community platform we jumped at the chance. She has a wonderful fan base, and we want to create the best online community for classic car lovers in the UK.”
