Small business owner launches dementia inspired 'Little Moments' stationery collection
Inspired by her father, who is living with dementia, Victoria Kennedy of Formby established her small business, Sitori Ltd in 2020 and has recently launched a new range titled ‘Little Moments’.
The Little Moments collection is the perfect stationery for family and friends caring for a loved one living with dementia. The range includes journals, trackers and memory books, each specifically designed to help with day-to-day dementia life. The new stationery includes lots of handy features such as daily reminders for medication, body and brain exercises as well as monitoring important things like mood, sleeping habits, hydration and nutrition. Not only is Little Moments practical, but the books and planners are also designed with beautiful style, creating a special place to capture memories, making them a lovely keepsake to look back on every now and then.
Victoria is keen to make a difference to those living with dementia and will donate a proportion of every sale to Alzheimer’s Society and St Ann’s Hospice.
Victoria said: “This range is very close to my heart and has been developed through personal experience whilst caring for my father.”
“I wanted to create something which can alleviate the pressures for both our loved ones with dementia and carers too, so I channelled my experience, love and passion into these products which I hope will help those suffering with dementia. I understand how difficult the day-to-day demands can be and how important little moments are for family and friends to cherish.“
“It’s great to think that I will be raising funds to help support people living with dementia now and to fund research to one day find a cure for dementia.”
