Stagecoach Performing Arts awarded for continuous improvement

Stagecoach Performing Arts has been announced as the winner of a Continuous Improvement award at the Best Franchise Awards 2018.

The award was presented to representatives from Stagecoach during a day of networking and presentations at the Marriot Hotel in Enderby, Leicestershire. Run by Workbuzz, the annual conference and awards celebrate the best of the best in franchising.

In recent months, Stagecoach franchisees were invited to rate their franchisor, its products, services and infrastructure through an independent Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey. Since 2011, the survey has been adopted by over 100 franchisors. The results of this survey produces a benchmark of satisfaction scores across franchises of different sizes and from a variety of sectors.

The Continuous Improvement award recognises franchisors who demonstrate a commitment to better understanding the needs and challenges faced by their franchisees. Through a targeted marketing campaign, significant investment in a company-wide rebrand and a full events agenda, Stagecoach Performing Arts continues to invest resources back into the network.

Tim Jenner, Head of Franchise Development for Stagecoach, accepted the award on behalf of the operations team, “It was a real honour to have been recognised in a room full of so many other respected franchises. At Stagecoach, we like to think that we do a great job of supporting our network and this award is proof that we’re headed in the right direction! We take a proactive approach when it comes to listening to feedback from our franchisees, which allows for us to continually learn and grow. I think this, in part, is why we’ve been recognised.”

Andy Knights, Chief Operating Officer at Stagecoach, feels proud to work with such a dynamic team, “This award is testament to the hard work of the entire team and for their dedication to the success of our franchisees across the world. This is the second year running that we have been recognised for our commitment to our network and long may it last. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone at Stagecoach – we couldn’t have done it without our loyal franchisees.”

About Stagecoach Performing Arts: Over the years we have seen more than one million students unlock their potential, which is something they will value for their whole life. At Stagecoach we teach our students so much more than how to sing, dance and act. We help them blossom into well-rounded individuals, ready to embrace life and all its opportunities. With nearly 30 years’ experience in teaching the performing arts, we understand how to get the best out of our young performers. We delight in seeing our students have fun, make friends, learn new skills and discover hidden talents. We encourage them to take ‘safe risks’ through rehearsals and performance, which brings out a willingness to take on new challenges. None of us know what the future holds, which is why it’s so important for today’s children to be resilient, brave and self-assured. Furthermore you can rest assured that your child is in safe hands as we adhere to the strictest child safety policies. About joining Stagecoach as a franchisee: With our 30th birthday in 2018, the Stagecoach model has been proven and refined to become one of the UK’s leading performing arts opportunities. Franchisees build a team of equally passionate and enthusiastic teachers, qualified to bring out the very best in their students. Stagecoach schools provide a thriving, nurturing and supportive environment for creative learning. That’s just one of the reasons why 40,000 children every week flock to classes nationwide. Today, a network of more than 300 franchisees operate over 680 schools offering 1,780 classes in eight countries. Through an exciting and varied framework of teaching and development, franchisees have helped to unlock the potential of more than one million students since it opened in 1988.
