Startup Funding Club launches its new SEIS/EIS Fund!

Startup Funding Club is excited to announce the launch of the latest edition of the Startup Funding Club SEIS/EIS Fund (the SFC Fund).

The first annual edition of the SFC Fund was launched in 2013 and has since already invested in nearly 70 early stage ventures across various sectors: software, technology, e-commerce and consumer goods.

Investors in the Fund will own a diversified portfolio of high potential companies and will benefit from the highly attractive income and capital gains tax reliefs available under the (Seed) Enterprise Investment Scheme. Our offering allows investors to choose whether they want to invest solely via SEIS or EIS or to split their funds across SEIS and EIS investments.

Our unique model allows investors to invest in a portfolio of high potential startups alongside our award-winning network of experienced angel investors and benefit from a tested post investment infrastructure.

We were honoured to receive the 2016 Lead Syndicate of the Year Award from the UK Business Angels Association and see this as a testament to the effectiveness of our business model and the quality of our methodology towards investment and existing portfolio.

Please note that this message does not constitute advice of any kind and does not solicit any offer to invest in the Startup Funding Club SEIS/EIS Fund. Investor participation in the SFC Fund is limited to persons who can be categorised by the Fund's Fund Manager as having the necessary expertise, experience and knowledge to be capable of making their own investment decisions and understanding the risks involved.

The value of an investment may go down as well as up, in which case an investor may not get back the amount invested. Investments in small unquoted companies carry an above-average level of risk.
