A percentage of the profits from the sale will be donated to a UK charity supporting young people to achieve their potential through sport. Owner Cameron McCann was delighted with the success of their new product. “Stirling University is a central training hub for Scottish athletes, so there was huge interest in the Tokyo Games in the local area. We wanted to create a product to celebrate what is undoubtedly the greatest show on earth, and provide athletes and fans with a way to celebrate an incredible summer”. This elegant gin is the creation of head distiller Lisa Matthews and the eye-catching bottle was designed by Scottish graphic designer Megan Raine.

About Stirling Distillery

Stirling Distillery We wanted to bring something unique to the ever growing world of Scottish Gin. In our recipe we feel we have achieved that goal. The result is a spirit with a big nose and very satisfying profile, whether neat or with a premium tonic of your choice. Our core gin is infused with hand picked Stirlingshire nettles, basil, lemon and orange peel, juniper and angelica root. This forms the base to our other products, all distilled at Stirling Distillery. As a result, our nearly navy strength Battle Strength Gin packs a mighty punch, while the Folklore Collection uses local fruits and herbs to create our range of gin liqueurs. Our entire range is inspired by the mythologies and history surrounding Stirlingshire and its beautiful castle. In 2019 we opened our doors at the foot of Stirling Castle. We are the first gin distillery in the beautiful city of Stirling and are proud to use local ingredients to create our outstanding Scottish spirits.
