Sweat & Sound launches RAPITATION - the world's first rap & spoken word meditation

Gaining a name for some of the most creative fitness and wellness experiences across London & NYC, Sweat & Sound is launching their newest concept - RAPITATION - within their next event on Nov 22nd.

Sweat & Sound have combined their love of garage, HIIT, boxing and running with their inner rebel to bring BOX.RUN.BASS to London on November 22nd.

This HIIT, boxing & running event will end off with a taste of their newest experience concept - RAPITATION. This spoken word meditation is driven by the lyrical talent of London's best poets, rappers and spoken word artists.

The unique combination of lyrical poise and creative image building with mindful techniques, means guests will leave feeling enriched.

This experience also gives a platform to the country's most talented artists within the wellness industry.
