Synextra Completes Acquisition of The Hosting Heroes
Synextra Ltd has announced its acquisition of The Hosting Heroes, a UK based web hosting and cloud provider. The business will join the group and form a division that caters for web hosting, domains and VPS requirements. The acquisition sees founder Chris Danks staying on as Managing Director as The Hosting Heroes joins the Synextra family.
Founded back in 2002, Hosting Heroes prides itself on having built a hosting company that provides top tier support, 24/7. It is this vision and passion that has seen the company grow significantly over the past few years acquiring businesses such as EZPZ Hosting, Yeti Host and Reyaltec.
Chris Danks commented, “I’m excited that The Hosting Heroes is now a part of the Synextra Group and we’re looking forward to the future of the two businesses working alongside each other. We have a strong stance on providing excellent support and it’s great to see this is also such a high priority for Synextra.
