TAAP Visitor Book is a new no touch digital cloud based reception service. Organisations can be setup almost instantly with no special hardware or equipment. TAAP Visitor Book is free for employees, contractors and guests to use on their own phones. This means the sign in process is contactless, meaning no touch, the user scans a QR code which is organisation and office/site location specific. The app prompts the user to supply the requested contact information, agree to any site specific policies and emergency and evacuation guidelines, and then they sign in which takes just a few seconds.

The great thing about the app is that once you have filled in your information the app retains your Name and other contact details so that next time you sign in its all pre-populated for you. The app can be used for any subscribing organisation meaning its one app to sign in anywhere in the world!
