Matt Mee joins Stratigens as Chief Customer & Partnerships Officer
Matt Mee has joined Talent Intuition as Chief Customer and Partnerships Officer for the company’s decision intelligence software solution, Stratigens. Matt will join the Senior Leadership team and will lead on Stratigens’ client services and a new partnerships programme.
Matt Mee has joined Talent Intuition as the business scales significantly. In order to support an expanding customer portfolio for Stratigens, Matt will lead on customer success for software clients and data and consulting services. The business is actively exploring new channels to market including a partnerships programme for third party technology and consultancy solutions, which will be headed by Matt.
Matt joins from Emsi Burning Glass where he successfully launched the company’s Talent business in the UK and Europe. Prior to Emsi Burning Glass, Matt managed the opening of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development’s (CIPD) in Dubai. Matt began his career in the HR industry more than 20 years ago, starting in recruitment before moving into outsourcing and then leading HR operations at companies including Tussauds Group and Royal Mail. He first ventured into HR tech in 2006.
