New Hong Kong-based marketing commences for The Property Advantage

The Property Advantage, a UK-based property investment brokerage specialising in selling tenanted, income-producing properties to a wide range of investors, has launched its brand and increased its marketing exposure in Hong Kong to capitalise on recent successes in the region.

From October 2021, all of The Property Advantage's property listings will have a listing launched and marketed in Hong Kong, with brochures translated into Cantonese, with virtual viewings and video tours benefitting from voiceovers from our in-house translation and Hong Kong business development team.

Hong Kong-based buyers have long seen the UK as a great place to invest and there has been increased demand in up-and-running HMOs and blocks of flats in the last 18 months.

Director, Richard Nicholls, is excited by the new venture, "We've been gradually increasing our involvement with Hong Kong-based investors over the last 2 years and we are aware that many of our potential clients would prefer to see our marketing and content in Cantonese with a team inside The Property Advantage available to build a rapport with them and create relationships"
