Shrewsbury-based company The Property Advantage is the largest specialist HMO brokerage in the UK, offering a way for landlords to sell HMOs they would no longer like in their portfolio. Prospective property owners can then purchase pre-existing assets that are already bringing in a significant amount of revenue. Their work is designed to make the property market easier to navigate for buyers and sellers. Richard's wealth of knowledge largely stems from viewing and examining every HMO the company sells, meaning that with hundreds of transactions completed, he has developed a deep knowledge of what makes a good and, just as importantly, a bad HMO.
