Charlotte has worked in the fashion industry for over 20 years. Her professional experience across the sector, from design & manufacturing to styling, and the pure joy that making women feel confident in their appearance brings her, led to the launch of her own style consultancy earlier this year. One aim, to make her clients feel FABULOUS!

“Clothes can have enormous power over how we feel, and how we carry ourselves. Don’t underestimate the importance of knowing your personal style and buying and dressing accordingly”.

She also advocates sustainability in fashion, and encourages clients to assess the items they already own, and shop with care, for both their appearance and their purses.

“I want to give clothes the life they deserve. No item should be bought to be worn only once! We talk about “cost per wear” and it doesn’t sound sexy, but with very few additions and some simple tweaks, you can wear the same things again and again.”

About The Charlotte Edit

Charlotte Verdeyen has worked in the fashion industry for over 20 years. She's been a designer and buyer for major high street retailers, styled countless fashion shoots. She understands how clothes can transform the way a woman feels, whatever their age and body shape, and their impact on mental health & self worth. She is also an advocate of buying less but buying better, and making the most of what is already in your wardrobe, because her years in the industry have given her an insight into the waste the industry can create. In 2021, she launched The Charlotte Edit, a wardrobe consultancy offering styling advice both in person and online. Her aim is to ensure you realise the potential of the clothes you have, stop panic buying, save money, and don't continue to add to landfill.
