Digisheds INspace | provides the 'in' for digital inclusion: TIN-Think Innovation has launched a brand-new crowdfunding campaign

TIN-Think Innovation #digitalskills has launched a brand-new crowdfunding campaign to raise money for regional green bootcamp and incubator hubs which provide much needed (now more than ever!) access for disadvantaged and excluded communities to digital skills.

We develop digitality in young people - combining digital skills development with a specialist wraparound well-being approach for personal development. We give 16-30yr olds the confidence to showcase their talent and potential by connecting them with employers looking for digital talent to accelerate their Covid-19 ‘bounce-back’ growth with a ready to go workforce with the right skills.

The Digisheds INspace #INspacedigital community hubs provides sustainable green facilities within reclaimed low-use, abandoned, or voided spaces which can host digital and creative skills masterclasses and learning modules, as well as incubate social impact start-ups and scale-ups.

Alex Cole, CEO, of TIN Smart Social, said: “We’re very excited to launch our crowdfunding campaign, ‘Digisheds INspace for Digital Inclusion’ particularly at this most challenging time where the most disadvantaged have been hit so hard. I believe passionately that it’s essential we do better for our young people at a time when physical and digital spaces exclusively for them are being shut, to provide technology in an environment which simulates, stimulates and recreates the right set of verified skills to give them the best opportunity for sustainable employment in the digital workplace now and in the future.”

We have just launched the campaign so please do help us support the 5000 young people we are targeting with each Digisheds INspace hub as we aim to use our ‘Future REDI-Regional Economic Digital Inclusion’ initiative to grow ‘1000 Tribes’ across the UK, Europe and the world. All backers will receive branded Digisheds INspace hand-written postcards, T-shirts, stickers and badges, and for the bigger pledges a chance to name a room or building and attend or VIP launch party which will also be live-streamed.
