Treenhill Consulting Ltd wins a 2021 UK Enterprise Award - Best SME HR & Finance Support – Southern England

Pem Paddick MCIPD, Director of Treenhill Consulting Ltd has recently been announced as SME News magazine’s UK Enterprise Award Winner for Best SME HR & Finance Support for Southern England.

Pem said “I’m so proud to receive this award. The last two years have been a challenge for all businesses. It’s been a huge learning curve for us all. HR professionals like myself have been working hard with our clients to create new blended and agile approaches of working for their people. Usually of course there would be time to plan, implement and review, but the sheer speed of the pandemic meant that timescales were thrown out of the window and quick solutions were needed to ensure the future stability of those businesses.”

She added “I would like to thank the SME News for choosing me as the winner. It really does mean a lot to be recognised for the work and field that I am so passionate about.”
