Sandstream Partners with UKSOL to Provide Solar Power for Hospitals in Nigeria

UKSOL Ltd (www.uksol.uk) has today shipped the first container of UKSOL solar PV modules for a 500kw project for the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital located in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. The project is being developed and installed by Sandstream Nigeria.

Sandstream’ s focus is on developing sustainable energy projects that unlock successes across areas such as health, education and food security in Nigeria.

The project at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital will provide solar power to the critical areas of the hospital and reduce carbon emission from generators.
