Initiatives boost mental health support for young people
An East Midlands based health & well-being company has announced two major initiatives as part of its campaign to raise awareness and provide better mental health support for young people.
Unlimited Wellbeing have pledged to not only donate £1 to YoungMinds, the UK’s leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health, from every ticket sold for the Unlimited Wellbeing Festival being held at Nottingham Motorpoint Arena in May, but have also pledged to give another pound on behalf of every health & wellbeing professional who signs up to their free online platform.
CEO, Sanjiv Corepal says that the unique end to end proposition offered by his company provides multiple opportunities to be able to support a range of charitable causes and community initiatives, particularly those that promote personal well-being. "Unlimited Wellbeing are proud to support YoungMinds and we hope that these two initiatives will help lead to a significant contribution that will allow them to continue their fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges."
The Unlimited Wellbeing Festival (www.unlimitedwellbeing.show) is taking place at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham on Sunday 12th May and promises to be the largest event of its kind in the UK with a vast range of exhibitors, classes, workshops and treatments on offer, including a unique "Eastern Therapies' area. Sanjiv says thousands of visitors are expected and that Unlimited Wellbeing will donate £1 to YoungMinds from every ticket sold. Tickets are available from the Motorpoint Arena with discounts available for emergency services and armed forces personnel.
Unlimited Wellbeing recently announced that their stunning online health & well-being platform (www.unlimitedwellbeing.co.uk) was to become free to all health & wellbeing professionals to showcase their services and advertise classes and events. "We want to establish the platform as the go to online destination for anyone looking to enhance their personal well-being. It's important that people can find what is available to them and engage with verified practitioners that they know they can trust. By committing to donate £1 to YoungMinds for everyone who signs up we hope this will encourage thousands of professionals to get involved and promote their services."
Unlimited Wellbeing provide a wide range of services to individuals, companies and organisations, and are committed to supporting local and national initiatives dedicated to improving both physical and mental health.
