London, United Kingdom – Wilton, the Mayfair based professional service adviser, is pleased to announce the launch of Wilton Captive Services. Offering consultative, “turn-key” business solutions for captive insurance (based either in Guernsey or Bermuda) and debt issuance specific to high net worth clients, private family offices and other professional entities.
Once the preserve of the corporate world, more of our clients are realising the benefits of forming their own insurance company to insure their assets. Conventional insurance frequently fails to meet clients needs usually due to price, cover and service. Taking control of these elements through the ownership of their own insurance company has significant and increasing appeal in these uncertain times.

Biographies
Ian Du Feu - Director
Ian started his career as a stockbroker in London. After 15 years Ian established, built and eventually sold two investment and wealth planning businesses in Guernsey. Ian has subsequently been providing offshore solutions for UHNWs/PFOs, including but not limited to debt issuance and the application of captive insurance. Ian has over 40 years financial services experience, has sat on the Board’s of stock exchange listed funds, is a fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute. Ian is an experienced practitioner in all aspects of investment, insurance, life assurance and fund management.
John Dupont - Director
John has worked within the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years, covering areas including taxation and trust planning to corporate finance. John has extensive experience in working with HNW individuals, SME’s and family offices to assist with strategic corporate structuring, private equity and corporate debt. This has included the creative use of captive insurance for qualifying corporate entities. Over the past 10 years, John has advised, structured and helped fund businesses within a wide range of sectors including financial technology, real estate and renewable energy.
