Proven applied psychology programme Be Braver launches new "Courage to Create” course with a creative partner

Be Braver, a proven applied psychology programme is launching a new course designed to help people take the next step in their creative careers and find their spark after two years of uncertainty.

Called “Courage to Create”, it is a collaboration between Be Braver founder Caroline Pankhurst and former executive creative director and Rewild founder Reuben Turner.

The course has been designed to help individuals, creative directors and leaders advance their careers and enter 2022 with a renewed sense of confidence.

The programme covers key topics such as “working with purpose”, “integrity and values”, and bringing remote or hybrid teams together around a shared vision.

Be Braver’s proven programme helps individuals find the courage to create change; Rewild is about creating ideas with purpose. This exciting project unites these two organisations around a shared mission to make courageousness and creativity a less lonely path.

Reuben Turner said: “We talk about bravery all the time in this industry, but never take the time to talk about what it means, how to connect and lead with it. We want to make space for people to share the raw fears, challenges and risks that come up in the work of a creative.”

Caroline Pankhurst said: “We’ve seen incredible results with our programme with every sector, industry and organisation we have designed it for. Returning to the creative sector, where I spent the formative part of my career, is exciting as I know only too well the challenges, risks, fears and opportunities it creates for those that work in it.”

On the collaboration with Rewild, Turner added: “Purpose and social responsibility matters in the behaviours, ideas and actions that brands put out there in the world. What better partner than a purpose-driven change-making organisation like Be Braver?”
