BFT sets the bar high as fitness franchise proves to be a pumping success
On 24 September, the ribbon was cut in style in celebration of the grand opening of the UK’s first Body Fit Training (BFT) franchise, located in Leicester. The studio has already attracted 175 members, demonstrating how this innovative and forward-thinking fitness franchise is capitalising on the UK’s quickly expanding gym market. BFT utilises science and technology to drive outcomes at all fitness levels with the aim of providing the UK’s fitness fanatics with the ultimate strength and conditioning experience as well as a franchise opportunity like no other.
BFT UK’s first franchisees, Brian Saund and James Kotak, are incredibly excited to be leading the way, having jumped at the opportunity to be part of a new chapter for fitness franchising. “We’re so excited that the UK’s first-ever BFT is here in Leicester,” said Brian. “The grand opening went incredibly well, and we’ve received loads of great feedback from those who attended the event. With more people aspiring to have a healthier and more active lifestyle, we believe now is the perfect time to share the essence of BFT and make professional training accessible to the everyday person.”
The new gym franchise has created a training experience for everyone to benefit from, and prides itself on welcoming people into an uplifting and supportive community. Some of Leicester’s local influencers attended the event, including @basicbee, who said, “I had such a great time getting the BFT experience. The space is brilliant and exactly what you want from a modern fitness studio. The team is so friendly and clearly very passionate about what they do. I can’t wait to enjoy more of what their facilities have to offer! Welcome to the UK, BFT!”
Also in attendance was Cameron Falloon, BFT’s founder and joint CEO, who flew from Australia to celebrate the opening of the new gym. “BFT comes from our investment in people. There are three pillars to our business: our members, our franchisees and the team that makes up BFT HQ,” Cameron explained. “It’s about making it a great experience for everyone. We’re delighted to have landed on UK shores so successfully, and we know this is the beginning of an incredibly exciting period for BFT’s global expansion. We’re a fresh, exciting and innovative brand with a cutting-edge training system, which, combined with our commitment that is based on fairness and support to help our franchisees thrive, creates the right formula for success.”
The arrival of BFT Leicester marks a period of fast domestic expansion of the fitness franchise, with launches soon taking place in London Battersea and the surrounding areas. Having experienced the difference at BFT for themselves, franchisees are extremely passionate about bringing a progressive, accessible fitness experience to their local communities while capitalising on an industry that is currently worth just under £5 billion*.
