It is with immense pleasure we introduce our new Director of Operations and Client Support Sharon Williams-Thorp.
Sharon will manage our day-to-day operations and compliance. She will help the organization offer the best customer support to all our vulnerable disabled customers in the country and other stakeholders.
Sharon joins us from a rich operations and business development background. A dynamic leader who possesses a powerful ability to navigate complex stakeholder global stakeholder relations, lead large-scale operational transformation programmes and consistently deliver results in-line with budgets, timescales and stakeholder requirements.
Engaging and motivating in her approach, Sharon influences and drives cultural change across organisations and teams, ensuring accountability, best practice and positivity are the forefront of mindsets.
