Aria Grace Law CIC announce commitment to Radical Recruit

Aria Grace Law CIC has recently added Radical Recruit to the good causes it donates to, as part of its ever-increasing purpose-driven legal practice which empowers lawyers, clients and society today - for a better tomorrow.

Aria Grace’s innovative business model means that it pays its lawyers 90% of what the business bills and then gives all profits to a number of charities, including GOSH, Age UK, Feast With Us, Hope4, Noah’s Ark - and now also Radical Recruit, who bridge the gap between disadvantaged job seekers and the business world.

Founder and CEO Lindsay Healy says: “Our unique business structure means our incredible legal team generates very large profits all of which go to people who really need the money. Simply put, the more lawyers we have earning really well, means the more money we can make for charity and enables our commitment to societal issues and sustainability. Through supporting Radical Recruit we are able to ensure that more vulnerable people get the support they need to connect with the world of work. Our donations will help support them through the job-seeking process, and help fund the team as they go from strength to strength.”

Founded in October 2019, Radical Recruit has made a significant impact, supporting more than 560 individuals with marginalised identities, including disabled people, BAME individuals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community to secure meaningful employment. Moreover, they also extend their support to those who have faced challenging life experiences, including homelessness, involvement with the care and criminal justice systems, addiction recovery, modern day slavery and domestic violence. Radical is a registered charity.

Emma Freivogel, Founder of Radical Recruit adds: "The impact of generous donations like this is truly profound; especially I the current austere economic environment. They allow us to make tangible strides towards our mission which is more challenging now than it has ever been owing to the pandemic and cost-of-living crisis which have and will continue to adversely and disproportionately impact the communities we serve. We are deeply grateful to receive support from Aria Grace, an ethical business modelling leadership that is truly indispensable. This recognition strengthens our resolve and empowers us to expand our reach, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.".

Aria Grace Law CIC recently won Law Company of the Year 2023 at The Lawyer Awards and was applauded for excellence and commitment to supporting charities and positive initiatives.

About Aria Grace Law CIC
Aria Grace Law CIC is London-based corporate commercial law firm operating at the cutting edge of the legal profession whilst leaving a meaningful footprint on the world today and tomorrow.
Their model, founded on wealth share, is one which all businesses can follow as they endeavour to inspire and lead social progress and positive change in the legal sector.
About Lindsay Healy
Lindsay Healy founded Aria Grace Law in 2018. He is a City corporate lawyer having spent his first 20 years working at Norton Rose Fulbright and latterly at Xchanging PLC/CSC a FTSE 250 company. He set up Aria Grace Law CIC to create a new business model for law firms which is based on wealth share – by paying all lawyers a huge percentage of the fee would attract many talented lawyers giving the firm’s clients excellent services at great value. This would create a large profit fund, all of which could be used to help the most needy in society. By placing lawyers, clients and society in one ecosystem, means if one section does better so do the others. He simply calls this “excellence with purpose”.
