Golf, often referred to as a sport of inches, demands perfection at every level of the game. The True Tour Experience includes:

Club Fitting: The Foundation of Success

Club fitting is the initial step in the journey towards the true tour experience. Every golfer is unique in terms of their body type physiology, swing mechanics, and preferences. A club that works for one player quite often will not be suitable for another. Thus, professional club fitting becomes the cornerstone of a successful golfer's arsenal.

A thorough club fitting session involves several crucial components:

Player Assessment: The process starts with a comprehensive player assessment, where the golfer's physical attributes, such as height, arm length, and wrist-to-floor measurements, are considered alongside swing mechanics. This information is crucial for determining club length and lie angle.

Swing Analysis: Advanced technology, like launch monitors, tracks various data points during a golfer's swing, such as clubhead speed, launch angle, and spin rates. These metrics help in selecting the appropriate shaft flex and head design.

Grip Selection: The grip is the golfer's direct connection to the club. The fitting session includes grip thickness and texture considerations based on the player's hand size and feel preferences. This is very often a largely overlooked area of customisation due to the inexperience of the fitter but is increasing with the wider availability of grips in the market place such as JumboMax.

Ball Flight and Shot Dispersion: Accurate ball flight and shot dispersion patterns are analysed to make sure the clubs provide the desired shot shape and consistency.

Customisation: Finally, the fitter customises each club's specifications, ensuring they align with the golfer's swing characteristics and preferences. This may involve adjusting loft and lie angles, shaft length, shaft flex, and other club components.

Building Clubs with Precision:

Once the club fitting process is complete and the golfer's specifications are determined, the next crucial step is building golf clubs with precision. Leaving no margin for error at this stage ensures that the equipment meets the exact requirements of the player.

Materials and Components: High-quality materials and components are essential for durability and performance. The choice of materials, from clubheads and shafts to grips, significantly impacts the club's feel and performance.

Clubhead and Hosel Adjustment: Precise adjustments to the clubhead and hosel ensure that the lie and loft angles match the golfer's requirements.

Swing Weight and MOI: Each club's swing weight (how the club feels during the swing) and moment of inertia (MOI) are fine-tuned to provide the desired balance and consistency.

Club Length and Grip Installation: Club length is cut to the golfer's specifications, and grips are fitted to ensure comfort and control.

Quality Control: Rigorous quality control measures are taken to verify that each club meets the exact specifications set during the fitting process.
