Starting out as a cafe in a gym, Garden Food Prep launched its delivery meal service in response to a gap in the market for convenient, ready-to-eat meals (Monday to Friday dinner) that were suitable for a weight loss plan. Using the knowledge of nutrition he gained in the fitness industry, Christian designed a series of menu plans which incorporated the basic principles of eating for sustainable weight loss or muscle gain.
All the meals are cooked by professional chefs. Ready to eat, the meals eliminate the need for preparing, cooking or washing up. Allergies and intolerances are catered for: just let the company know what ingredients to avoid at the time of ordering.
The company has been running around two years. Although currently serving the local community, the business intends to move towards serving a national audience in the near future.
