Leading insurance company back with Masters of Motoring in expanded role for 2024

Masters of Motoring is delighted to welcome specialist insurance Brokers, Footman James as an event partner again in 2024 - this time as a presenting partner of the Wiltshire-based motoring festival, which will be staged over the weekend of the 1st and 2nd of June.

The West Midlands based expert insurers will be using the event to showcase and promote their Private Client business, which reflects the high-end nature of the Masters of Motoring concept. This side of the business covers Footman James’ most select clients – high net worth individuals, many of whom have expansive and expensive collections of cars and other valuables – and offers them an extremely personalised service, in keeping with their requirements.

With an expanded involvement for this year’s event, its title will now change to be The Masters of Motoring 2024 presented by Footman James.

In a separate but related agreement, group company Towergate will become a partner of Great British Motor Shows, who stage Masters of Motoring and they will be using the 14 regional events throughout the UK in 2024 to promote specialist insurance services for horses, boats and other goods and business related to country and outdoor pursuits.

“We’re very excited to have Footman James back on board again in 2024 – and also their parent company Towergate,” enthuses event Director, Steve Bishop. “With the two brands exapanding their presence for this year, but making use of the differing types of audience and participants we attract, I can see the potential that this partnership brings with it, for all concerned.”

Footman James (www.footmanjames.co.uk) joins recently-announced craft brewery of distinction, Monty’s, as Masters of Motoring partners, and they run alongside Evoke Classics, the Great British Car Journey and, of course, Sir Jackie Stewart’s Race against Dementia – the official charity of both Masters of Motoring and Great British Motor Shows – as new partners for 2024.

Masters of Motoring is in the latter stages of several further new partnership agreements for 2024 - full details of which will shortly be announced.

Masters of Motoring is a two-day lifestyle motoring event over the weekend of June 1st and 2nd 2024. The Satuurday is a track-based action day staged at Castle Combe Race Circuit in Wiltshire, which is already set to feature a large and exciting selection of historic race and rally cars, classic and supercars. This will be followed by a VIP Concours-style event on Sunday at nearby Bowood House & Gardens. The estate will showcase both classic and modern exotica, as well as marque and car anniversary displays, all set against the backdrop of the spectacular stately home and its beautiful grounds. The weekend will also feature a selection of social events for both particpants and visitors.

The demand for both tickets and participant spaces is currently strong and many are taking advantage of the “Early Bird” offers, which offer a £10 per head price reduction for the 1st June Track Action Day at Castle Combe Race Circuit and an £8 per head reduction for the Concours Day at Bowood House & Gardens.
