The list of partners and participating organisations for Wiltshire-based motoring festival, Masters of Motoring 2024 presented by Footman James, continues to expand and some fascinating new names will now grace the action and luxury car event, which will be staged over the weekend of 1st and 2nd June.

Conway Stewart British Luxury Pens is a name that will be familiar to anyone who is a lover or user of fine pens. For decades, Conway Stewart has been revered for its exquisite craftsmanship in creating luxury writing instruments. Winston Churchill, who wrote more words than Shakespeare and Dickens combined, crafted many of them with Conway Stewart pens. The company also has strong links with the automotive world, having, for instance, a Vanwall edition pen, which pays homage to both the provenance and construction of Vanwall race cars, right down to a yellow band around the green barrel, like the nose of the factory Vanwall race cars. The Vanwall series will feature at Masters of Motoring, along with many of their other limited-edition pens.

Another luxury goods company who making a Masters debut will be the event’s new official partner, Jeweller and Goldsmith, Deacons. The Swindon-based family owned and run business is now in its 176th year of selling fine jewellery. Located at the VIP area at Bowood House & Gardens will be a Deacons stand, where visitors will be able to buy not only a selection of fine jewellery from the likes of Italian brand, Fope, but the firm will also present its ‘Deacons for Diamonds’ collection and a number of high-quality watch brands, including, Rolex, Bremont, Tudor and TAG Heuer.

Also joining the ranks of those at Masters of Motoring are Manchester fine wine merchants, Charles Mitchell Wines. Established in 1981 to import and distribute exquisite handed crafted wines from around the world, Charles Mitchell will offer Masters visitors and participants the chance to taste a selection of their exceptional wine inventory. Masters of Motoring should also prove an eminently suitable opportunity for them to demonstrate their unique personal service, covering all aspects of wine, to those attending the event.

With its mix of track action at Castle Combe, and Concours at Bowood House & Gardens, Masters of Motoring is rapdily evolving as one of the key Supercar events of the year. The latest group of Supercar enthusiasts to join the event is the Four Marks Supercar Club. The club, which is run by member-volunteers, draws its membership mostly from across various southern counties - from London through host county, Wiltshire, all the way to Dorset (and even beyond). It joins other leading Supercar Clubs such as Drivers Union, Waynes World of Wheels and the Supercar Owners Society at Masters of Motoring. Four Marks Supercar Club will be centring its participation around the Castle Combe Circuit Action Day on Saturday June 1st.

Helping make cars - and other key parts of the Masters event - more visitor-friendly, more informative and even more visually appealing is the new official vehicle signs partner, Car Show Boards. Offering more than simply aesthetically pleasing displays, Car Show Boards products serve as a narrative bridge between the automobiles and the passionate enthusiasts who admire them. With detailed information and captivating stories, Car Show Boards help transform the spectator experience into an immersive journey through the history and uniqueness of each showcased vehicle.

“I’d like to welcome our latest raft of partners to the event,” enthuses Event Director, Steve Bishop. “We are delighted they have chosen to be part of Masters of Motoring 2024 presented by Footman James, and it feels like the momentum of the event is rapidly gathering pace.”

Masters recently announced Footman James as presenting partner. The renowned Insurance Agency joined other new names: craft brewers, Monty’s, Evoke Classics, and the Great British Car Journey as Masters of Motoring partners. This comes in addition, of course, to Sir Jackie Stewart’s Race against Dementia – the official charity of both Masters of Motoring and Great British Motor Shows.

Masters of Motoring presented by Footman James is a two-day lifestyle motoring event over the weekend of June 1st and 2nd 2024. The Saturday is a track-based Action Day staged at Castle Combe Race Circuit in Wiltshire, which is already set to feature a large and exciting selection of historic race and rally cars, classic and supercars. This will be followed by a VIP Concours-style event on Sunday at nearby Bowood House & Gardens. The estate will showcase both classic and modern exotica, as well as marque and car anniversary displays, all set against the backdrop of the spectacular stately home and its beautiful grounds. The weekend will also feature a selection of social events for participants and visitors alike.

The demand for both tickets and participant spaces is currently strong and many are taking advantage of the “Early Bird” offers, which offer a £10 per head price reduction for the 1st June Track Action Day at Castle Combe Race Circuit and an £8 per head reduction for the Concours Day at Bowood House & Gardens.
