Local hog roast firm that won’t make a pig’s ear of your private event
Local hog roast catering company Harris’s Hog Roast has confirmed it's now taking bookings for all kinds of corporate and private events.
There are many benefits to having this kind of catering at your gathering and it provides a great alternative to a sit-down meal, so it’s not surprising that hog roasts are increasingly popular.
David Harris set up the Gislingham-based business after being made redundant by a High Street supermarket he’d worked for for 16 years.
He’s gained extensive experience since then and operates from a van outside Diss post office every Thursday afternoon serving hungry shoppers and office workers.
Harris said: “We’re all about top-quality food. Let us take care of feeding people at your event, whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or work gathering to socialise with staff or clients. It means you can focus on chatting to your guests. Get in touch via the Facebook page and we'll get back to you.”
Cooking, carving and serving are all done on-site at the event.
Harris adds: "Chat to us now about summer or spring-time events, as we're expecting to be very busy in the months ahead."
