Stand out signage delights Trustees

Haslemere Museum is delighted with the new look frontage of the building, with its distinctive new branded signage, comprising green double sided banners and stylish stainless steel lettering.

On completion of the signage installation, Melanie Odell MBE, Chairman of the Board commented, “This project is so valuable for the future of the Museum, by effectively branding our iconic building and providing a strong sense of place on the High Street. We are so grateful for the professional services of Mike Cashman of Far Post Design, who has taken us through the whole process from design and planning to installation.”

The cost of the new signage was partly paid for by a one-off grant from Haslemere Town Council, for which the Museum Trustees are very grateful. Town Council Clerk, Lisa O’Sullivan said, “We recognise all the work of the Museum and the value that they bring to the town with their constantly changing programme of events. To be able to raise more awareness and attract more visitors is a real positive for the Town Council.”

Increasing awareness of the Museum to visitors to the town is a priority of the Board of Trustees, along with promoting the services of the historic building that houses a vast array of collections and exhibitions, and delivers a diverse programme of public and community events. Now, with the new branded signage, there can be no confusion as to the purpose of the building and what wonders lie inside.
