Entering its fourth year now, the NHS’s award-winning recruitment campaign We are the NHS has been making strides in developing interest in over 350 roles across the healthcare sector, alongside fulfilment of those already in these roles. The campaign aims to motivate the general public to undertake a worthwhile career in an all-too-important industry. The COVID-19 pandemic has been an extremely difficult time for those in healthcare professions, and the NHS wants to raise spirits and appreciation for our healthcare workers, as we slowly pull ourselves out of this time.

The NHS has enlisted the help of imployable to achieve these goals. imployable have already been making strides with their award-winning app, which allows their users to build their digital CV, map out their career journey, and apply for opportunities to help create steppingstones towards a meaningful career.
