With passports returned and FCO advice now relaxed for a whole range of destinations, the Letsgo2 experts have singled out their top locations now open for bookings. And offer their insider’s tips on the ones not yet open, but to keep a close eye on for the next round of lockdown release.
The top locations now open for business, being a mix of short haul and long haul and based on quality accommodation, exclusivity, value and favourable weather conditions:
Thessaloniki (Greece)

For those in desperate need of a holiday, but nervous to part with their deposit, Chris Ward added, ‘In booking a holiday, travellers should ensure that the firm they are using is ABTA and ATOL bonded so that in the event that things change and travel restrictions are once again imposed, they will receive a refund. At Letsgo2 we hold all hotel and tour payments in trust so that we can refund immediately, and work with the airlines to refund cancelled ticket costs as soon as possible as well.’
