Local Languages Teacher says ¡Sí! To New Business Venture!

A local business woman is opening up the world of modern languages to young children with the launch of a new language venture in Bridgnorth, Shropshire and surrounding areas.

Charlotte Dyas, who lives in Bridgnorth with husband Jeremy and two young daughters, Lydia and Evie, has recently launched her own children’s languages business, in a bid to share her passion and engage more youngsters in the joy of learning foreign languages.

Lingotot is a multi-award winning languages programme being delivered to over 20,000 children across the UK each week. They run fun, interactive classes through community groups, nurseries and schools, teaching languages such as French, Spanish, German, Arabic, Welsh, English as a second language and even Chinese!

Charlotte has enjoyed a successful teaching career but since her children came along, Charlotte wanted something that combined her passion for languages with the flexibility needed for family life.

She says: “I am most excited about meeting all the children and families locally who are keen to learn a new language or keep their language skills going. I love hearing about what motivates people to want to learn languages.”

Charlotte continues: “From holidays in the sun to wanting to increase their children’s future employability and literacy skills, it intrigues me to learn about others and gives me immense satisfaction if I am able to help them achieve their goals.”

Angela Sterling, Lingotot Founder says, “I am thrilled that Charlotte has joined us as a Franchise Partner. Her successful career history combined with her love of languages and enthusiasm for her new business is a winning combination. I know the children will adore Charlotte and her classes and I can’t wait to see her thrive!”
