Add some spice to British Food Fortnight, says Ntsama Sauces!

British Food Fortnight is on until October 7, and Ntsama Chilli Oil and Sales Ltd is urging foodies to get behind the fun by spicing up mealtimes.

The two-week initiative focuses on a competition which encourages community groups like schools, councils and others to celebrate the best of their local produce.

Details and photos are then submitted, and social media posts encouraged, before a prestigious judging panel, including celebrity chef Raymond Blanc, names a winner.

Entries are open until October 15 and past winners have included cities like Bath and Peterborough, as well as much smaller places such as 2017 victor Emsworth in Hampshire.

Joyce Gannon, Director of Ntsama Chilli Oil & Sales Ltd said: “Spices have been brought to the UK from around the world for centuries, and, these days, there’s almost nothing that you can’t buy in British food stores. Why not spice up mealtimes this British Food Fortnight, and perhaps try something you’ve never sampled before?”

Ntsama produces a mouth-watering range of sauces and chilli oils, and its products contain no artificial ingredients.

Gannon adds: “Essentially, it's our aim to give people the ultimate chilli experience with no compromise on flavour. Each extra bit of added heat is matched with incredible taste.”

The oils and sauces from this company are homemade with traditional recipes from Mama Ntsama and use the hottest Scotch Bonnet chillies – alongside one or two secret ingredients!

With their unique preparation methods and unforgettable flavour, these products are ideal for sampling as part of this year's British Food Fortnight.
