High end holiday firm looks to ease the quality staycation location shortage
Up market holiday firm, Reglar Collection, is playing its part in helping to resolve the supply and demand issue facing consumers looking to switch from exclusive overseas holidays to exceptional UK staycations by launching its property owners’ recruitment service.
The demand for high quality holiday cottages and private accommodation, to meet the requirements of coronavirus conscious consumers, has by far outweighed the supply of appropriate locations.
At the same time, owners of second homes have found themselves making less use of them as in the past as lockdown restricted the ability to travel to them. Many are as a result reflecting on whether their hitherto holiday homes also now present them with an income opportunity as well.
Connecting both the potential supply of high quality accommodation, and the proven demand, Reglar Collection has launched an online service for property owners to become part of the Reglar Collection of exclusive UK holiday properties for rent.
The service looks both to expand the database of available luxury properties, and at the same time make the most of the Reglar experience led approach providing property owners with an all year round potential rental market to maximise occupancy.
