Launch of new Media Packages

The sale of tenanted residential property comes with its challenges when obtaining quality images, videos, and floorplans for marketing. Unlike a normal estate agency where a family or homeowner tidies up and presents the property in its best light for launch on the market, tenanted properties don't come with the same levels of access or willingness from the occupant to 'smarten the place up'.

This is magnified when dealing with HMOs (houses in multiple occupation) owing to how the properties are usually lived in and the sheer number of occupants who don't want a photographer or videographer poking around their rooms - a quick look on the portals such as On The Market or Rightmove and it's clear that there's a huge drop off in marketing quality from residential family homes, where the stunning imagery and video tours are now expected, and the HMOs and BTLs, where the industry is still surviving on iPhone photos and low-quality material.

The Property Advantage is trying to force the quality up and with their newest member of staff, Olly Clark, now fully onboard each one of our sellers will get a 'how to' guide to prepare their tenanted properties for sale and how to get their tenants to help out and in-house advice from a leading property marketing expert.

Olly has been in the industry as a property photographer and videographer for nearly 10 years and has been a professional photographer for 15+ years.
