The Property Advantage launches 2-day HMO event
The Property Advantage, a UK-wide property selling agent that specialises in tenanted HMOs, has announced their first in-person education and training event over 2 days, May 12-13th 2022.
The event, which is aimed at providing investors with increased knowledge and advice when it comes to preparing their HMOs for sale, will have an array of guest speakers, case studies, and high-value content and represents an exciting new change for The Property Advantage where they are seeking to educate their potential client-base with the skills and tools required to successfully flip or sell HMOs.
