Buhler & Co will be flipping on Pancake Day
Buhler & Co, the international cuisine specialists situated in Walthamstow, have announced that they will be playing their part this Pancake Day (Tuesday, 5th March).
Taking place on Shrove Tuesday, Pancake Day has become a much-loved tradition in the UK. Originally started in order to use up rich foods such as eggs and butter, which are not typically eaten during Lent, Pancake Day is now a chance for Brits to enjoy the simple snack with a wide variety of fillings.
Buhler & Co, noted for its broad range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free food, will be serving up pancakes on the day, and can be relied upon to offer diners a number of tasty and healthy varieties.

With signature dishes such as 'halloumi fries, aubergine yoghurt, pomegranate'; 'soft flour burrito - BBQ jackfruit, purple slaw, spicy squash puree, red Leicester cheddar and guacamole'; and 'avocado on toast with dukkah, pickled red onion and leaves' Buhler & Co have become a firm favourite with the Walthamstow community. The eatery is also seen as a must-visit destination on the London foodie trail.
Buhler & Co was recently named in Time Out magazine’s Best Cheap Eats in London.
