Walthamstow-based international food specialists set to be favourite with London's vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free couples

Buhler & Co, the characterful North East London eatery which is noted for the international nature of its menu, has confirmed that it will be opening its doors on Valentine's Day evening.

The restaurant has built a loyal following of diners with its exciting and varied menu, featuring a whole host of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. While Buhler & Co is one of London's favourite breakfast and brunch spots, it has also won over diners with its carefully constructed nighttime menu, and on Valentine's Day it will provide the perfect romantic foodie destination.

With an entry on Time Out's Best Cheap Eats list, Buhler & Co expects 2019 to be its busiest year yet, and Valentine's Day is set to appeal to couples looking for a vibrant and voluminous meal which won't break the bank.

Rosie and Meg Buhler, owners of Buhler & Co, said: "Valentine's Day is one of those opportunities for Buhler & Co to show off our menu to couples seeking a memorable dining experience. We believe that at our restaurant you can enjoy the best in international cuisine while steering clear of cliched and boring dishes. As always, our chefs will be cooking with passion, and our waiting staff will be serving with love!"

Among the hits on the Buhler & Co night time menu which will be available to diners on Valentine's Day are dishes such as new potatoes with roasted peppers, red curry, dukkah and pickled jalapeños; yellow curry with chickpeas, parsnip, bulgur wheat and ricotta; and Galushka (Hungarian dumplings) with spicy paprika mushrooms, crème fraîche and chives. Desert options are available, and homemade limoncello makes for a popular drinks choice.
