Country Box Catering gives the green light for new brand expansion to offer perfect patties across the East Anglia region
Country Box Catering - the renowned East Anglian mobile caterer noted for its scrumptious feasts from gourmet dishes to TexMex - has recently launched its new burger brand; 'Boxed Burger'.
The company has carved out an enviable reputation for itself, delighting a wide customer base. From 'ox cheek, beef consommé celeriac and shiitake mushroom' served at weddings, to full English breakfasts for sports bar drinkers - Country Box Catering are already known around the region for their quality of service.
As part of the new business, these carefully prepared patties will be made with no artificial additives or preservatives, before being grilled to perfection by the Country Box Catering team.
Wayne Harvey, the owner of Country Box Catering Ltd, said: "Our food has already left diners licking their lips in a variety of settings, from bars to formal functions, and this new offering will allow us to shine a spotlight on one of our specialities - burgers. Boxed Burger will be a million miles away from what customers might have previously expected from a mobile burger van. We are here to change the perception that fast food on the go cannot live up to the standards of restaurants. Boxed Burger will use only the best ingredients, and will be grilled with skill, rather than flipped and stacked in piles!"
Box Burger has undergone a soft launch at the Sports and Social Bar in Thetford, and is now available to other venues, live events and corporate customers across the region.
