EISA announces 'Ready, Steady Grow!' event in Cardiff on 27th September
The Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA) is thrilled to announce its next date in the national series of Ready Steady Grow! events, this time taking place in Cardiff at Tramshed Tech, Pendyris St. The events bring together small businesses, investors, IFAs, entrepreneurs and business advisers - all in one place to hear expert opinion and insights from SME and industry experts.
“Ready Steady Grow!” is a series of free-to-attend events designed to extend support to entrepreneurs across the UK's devolved nations and other regions outside London, providing founders, investors, and advisers with an opportunity to network and broaden their understanding of the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) initiatives.
Christiana Stewart-Lockhart, Director General of the EISA says, "With the ‘Ready, Steady Grow!’ event series the EISA has created a unique platform for entrepreneurs to better understand how they can secure investment to grow their businesses, gain valuable information about the EIS and SEIS and build on their networks among like-minded entrepreneurs and potential investors. This is the third event in the series and the first two (in Edinburgh and Birmingham) were both oversubscribed, showing just how much demand there is for opportunities of this kind.”
Each of the “Ready, steady Grow!” events are divided into two parts, a technical session, where expert speakers provide insights into investment trends and entrepreneurial success stories; and a networking reception, where participants have the opportunity to connect with experienced investors, industry experts and entrepreneurs.
The “Ready, Steady Grow!” events will particularly interest entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their business and access funding. Likewise, with a seminar that yields CPD accreditation points, wealth managers seeking knowledge and expertise, and professional advisors looking to assist SMEs in their development and growth should register to attend.
